Hi, I am Milen - Digital designer.

Hello, I am Milen, a 42 y/o web designer with more than 15 years of experience in digital and web design. Born in Bulgaria (Eastern Europe), where I currently live and work.

My passion in web and User Interface design is very deep and goes through all the processes from the purely technical part of writing HTML and CSS to creating layout mokups (interactive or static), creating static or animated graphics (both raster and vector - I love working with SVGs, animating and integrating them into online projects), working with 3D graphics and visual effects.

It was sometimes around 2000's when I started paying more interest in the field of web design and how it works for users with its usability and accessibility. That was the moment I found it was my passion and that it was the field I want to evolve in.

My philosophy

In the years I spent learning and working in that field I came to find out that one of the most important things in creating a website is the respect for the user.

I believe web design has to be informative, easy to use for everyone. This is why I take time to think of the smallest details that may help the user. I strive to keep my work clean and functional.
In my point of view this type of design style can remain elegant and beautiful, while achieving its primary purpose for maintaining an interactive dialog with the user.
